The marketing plan that you build is what connects you to your customers so you must know both your customer and what your business will do to meet their needs and wants. This is necessary for your business to be marketable. Your niche is out there, looking for what you can offer. Bring them closer to your business by construct bridges that your customers will readily cross with faith in your ability to deliver what you offer. These “bridges” may be in the form of groups that your customers participate in, both online and locally. You could also write articles that focus on issues important to your target market. Whatever the kind of “bridge” you will choose, your main reason should be to deliver the message to your target market.
